KITCHEN EXPRESS

In my Advanced Project class, I designed an app interface called Kitchen Express to decrease processed food consumption. I began my research focusing on processed foods, which led me to the concept of a communal meal-planning app. Important aspects of the interface to highlight include being able to access a library of recipes to choose from, the nutritional values of your meal, being able to curate your taste palette, and forming groups to organize the task of preparing these meals. It’s filled with lovely photography work of each different dish, so you know exactly what to expect when you finish preparing your meal. This project displays my ability to research deeply, develop a solution, and execute it. As well as my strong passion for food and my desire to make it accessible for others to prepare and learn new recipes from different cultures.
